Elena Fedorova

Elena Fedorova has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elena started their career as an Intern in Neurology at Voronezh City Clinical Emergency Hospital in 1999 and later became a General Neurologist at Voronezh State Clinic № 2 in 2001. In 2006, Elena joined DataArt as a Human Resources Manager and later became the Public Relations Manager. Elena then progressed to become the HRM Director in DataArt Voronezh. In this role, they played a key role in the company's growth, overseeing successful completion of 3,500 projects and managing a team of 6,000 professionals. Elena also held the position of Co-head of DataArt office in Voronezh. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at DataArt, where they are responsible for the company's expansion in Eastern Europe, including the opening of offices in various countries.

Elena Fedorova has a diverse educational background. In 1993-1999, they studied Neurology and General Medicine, specializing in the Faculties of General Medicine and obtaining a diploma with honors. In 2011-2012, they pursued Business Administration and Management, General, at Voronezh State University. Currently, Elena is furthering their education in the field of Sports Adaptology and Innovative Technologies of Top Achievement Sports at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), specifically in the Laboratory of Information Technologies in Sports, V. Seluyanov Laboratory MIPT. Additionally, they have completed programs in Fitness, Bodybuilding, Wellness Exercise, and Ergogenic Dietetics at Weider College of Fitness & Bodybuilding.
