Jodi Bell

Jodi Bell is a seasoned learning and development professional with extensive experience in instructional design and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning & Development at DataBank, Ltd. since June 2021, Jodi previously held key positions at JPS Health Network from 2012 to June 2021, where project leadership for HR systems implementation was a primary focus. Jodi's earlier roles include Instructional Design Specialist at Cook Children's Health Care System, Training Coordinator at Viewlocity, Training Manager at ExecuTrain, and Biology Teacher at Birdville ISD. Jodi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Biology, and Education, along with a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development, both from Texas A&M University.
