Priya Rai is a skilled RPA Developer with a solid background in automation and process improvement. Currently at DataBoss International Corp since March 2014, Priya focuses on enhancing workflow efficiency through the implementation of AA BOTS, specifically aimed at resolving apparel-related issues from customer feedback. Prior experience at Last Door Solutions from February 2010 to March 2014 involved leading the Pathfinder project, which integrated document capture, case creation, and workflow processing across various departments. Priya holds a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Technologies from Nepal Singh Mahavidyalaya, Kazi Kamalpur.
