Aljaz Godec

Aljaz Godec has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. In 2009, they worked in Sales & Marketing for Studio Pešec d.o.o. In 2010, they worked as an HR Generalist for Akrapovic d.d. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Novartis in various roles, including Global HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and HR Manager. Currently, they are the Head of People & Culture at Databox.

Aljaz Godec attended the Faculty of Social sciences University of Ljubljana and obtained a HRM University degree in Human Resource Management.
