Erin Rullhausen

Erin Rullhausen currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Databricks, a position held since May 2019. Previously, Erin held the role of Senior Manager, Workmate Support at Workday for a brief period in late 2018. Prior to that, Erin was the Director of Human Resources at Adaptive Insights, a Workday company, from October 2014 to November 2018, and served in a similar capacity at E2open from March 2002 to September 2014. Erin's career began at Bank of America, where the role of Personnel Manager in GCM Human Resources was held from February 1993 to April 2001. Erin graduated from San Francisco State University in 1991.
