Laura Novello

Laura Novello has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Laura most recently worked at Fonoa as the People Operations Manager starting in 2022. Prior to that, Laura was at Sonder Inc. where they served as the Senior Manager, HR Operations EMEA from 2021 to 2022 and as the Manager, HR Operations EMEA from 2021 to 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Culture Trip as the People Operations Manager. Laura also took a career break from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Amazon, NEC Europe, UnitedHealth Group, Cephalon (previously Zeneus Pharma and Elan), Zeneus Pharma (previously Elan), and Elan. Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated skills in establishing HR processes, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, managing HR teams, leading process improvement initiatives, and designing and delivering training programs.

Laura Novello attended Sapienza Universit\u00e0 di Roma from 1996 to 2002, where they earned a Laurea degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology. In 2004, they enrolled in a weekend course called "Managerial Skills Development" at Luiss Guido Carli University, which they completed in 2005.
