Gloriana Hernandez

Gloriana Hernandez is an experienced professional currently serving as a Product Operations Manager at Databricks since August 2024. Previously, at Arkose Labs from May 2022 to July 2024, Gloriana led the launch of multiple data-based products to support Customer Success, effectively translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring rigorous quality standards. Gloriana also championed the design of a Business Intelligence platform for the same organization, integrating data from various sources to provide actionable insights. Earlier experience includes working as a Solutions Engineer and Technical Consultant at Akamai Technologies from September 2018 to April 2022, where Gloriana focused on customer engagement and the implementation of data analytics. Gloriana holds a Master's degree in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology (2023-2025), an Associate's degree in Project Management from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
