Nate Vogel

Nate Vogel currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sales & Partner Enablement at Databricks, a role focused on fostering an environment for sales teams and partners to excel. Prior to joining Databricks in October 2023, Vogel held the position of Vice President, Global GTM Enablement at Gong, where leadership involved guiding a global enablement team to promote the Gong Revenue Intelligence Platform. Vogel's extensive career at Tableau spanned nearly nine years, culminating in the role of Vice President, WW Sales & Partner Enablement, during which major contributions included enhancing training and development initiatives that supported significant revenue growth. Earlier experience includes various leadership roles at Southwestern Advantage, managing substantial sales teams and earning recognition for exceptional recruitment and training efforts. Vogel holds a degree in Speech Communications with a minor in Business from Western Washington University.
