Navneet Kapur has extensive experience in software engineering and data governance, currently serving in a leadership role at Databricks since March 2022, where initiatives include leading company-wide Data Governance and executing a significant data metastore migration. Previously, at GoFundMe from January 2018 to April 2022, Navneet held roles culminating in Director of Engineering, overseeing both core products and data platforms, focusing on enhancing platform reliability and optimizing analytics through tools like Amplitude. Earlier positions include Head of Data at GoFundMe, Data Platform Engineering Lead at Lyra Health, and Staff Software Engineer at LinkedIn, all contributing to expertise in data platforms, analytics, and engineering.
