Renato Silva Borges da Rocha

Renato Silva Borges da Rocha has an extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles within the tech industry. Renato started as a Pre-Sales Trainee at Sun Microsystems in 1999, eventually becoming an Account Manager and System Engineer. Moving to Microsoft in 2003, they held various roles including Solution Specialist, Application Platform Sales Manager, Director of Global Sales Strategy, and Azure Sales Leader for different regions. Most recently, Renato joined Databricks in 2022 as the Global VP of Sales for Databricks on Azure.

Renato Silva Borges da Rocha obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in the years 1996-2001. Additionally, they received certifications in "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft in 2019 and "Prosci® Fundamentals of Change Management" from Prosci in 2017.
