Nuno Rafael Rocha

Nuno Rafael Rocha has a diverse work experience in engineering and management roles. Nuno Rafael is currently the Director of Engineering at DataCamp, where they oversee distributed product teams and contributes to organizational design and decision-making culture. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at DataCamp, where they guided and coached product teams, facilitated budget allocation, and fostered engineering principles. Before joining DataCamp, Nuno was the Head of Engineering and Project Manager at Seegno, where they provided technical leadership, innovation guidance, and project management. Nuno Rafael has also co-founded a company called Nebula, lda and worked as a Software Engineer at Coolsis.

Nuno Rafael Rocha received an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from Universidade do Minho, from 2005 to 2009. Nuno Rafael also obtained a certification as a Certified Technician v3 in Primavera Software from Primavera Academy in 2008. In 2009, they completed a Curso de Formação Pedagógica Inicial de Formadores à Distância (CAP) from GTI – Gestão, Tecnologia e Inovação.
