Jean-Francois Tetreault is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales leadership, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Paystone and its subsidiary DataCandy, Jean-Francois oversees customer-driven growth programs and leads a global voice of the customer initiative across North America and the Caribbean. Also serving as an advisor to the CEO of Wise Assistant, Jean-Francois provides expertise on go-to-market strategy, while previously holding the position of National Sales Director at InComm Payments, where significant growth in transaction volume was achieved. Jean-Francois has academic credentials from HEC Montréal, Sage Alliance, and Collège André-Grasset, with a focus on business and executive leadership.
