From 2018 to the present, they have been a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Biology at the National Science Foundation (NSF). Their research uses molecular and mark-recapture methods to answer the question of why males and females have different lifespans through longitudinal study of wild and lab populations of Anolis lizards. Additionally, the NSF supports Reedy's efforts to broaden participation for groups under-represented in science through DataClassroom, a tool for statistics and data analysis that is built for classrooms and students in grades 6-12. Reedy is also a Cofounder and CEO of DataClassroom.
