Simon Elms

Simon Elms is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Software Engineer Team Lead at Datacom since September 2005, Simon oversees a team of 11 software engineers, focusing primarily on development projects. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of Senior Developer, specializing in middleware and backend development using .NET technologies. Simon's earlier career includes a tenure as a Software Developer at Ashurst from June 1999 to June 2005 and as a Product Support and Test Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Appliances from October 1995 to February 1999. Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
