Devnika Yadav began their work experience in 2015 with a summer internship at FCB Ulka. In 2016, they joined India Infrastructure Publishing Private Limited, where they worked as an Assistant Manager and a member of the Information Product Team. In 2017, Devnika joined Oracle as a Principal Client Engagement Specialist. Devnika then moved to Adobe in 2020, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager. After that, they worked at HackerEarth as a Customer Success Manager before joining Cvent in 2023 as an Account Manager.

Devnika Yadav completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, from the year 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Amity International Business School, between the years 2014 and 2016.
