Charles Smoak

Charles Smoak is an experienced professional currently serving as an Integration Specialist at Dataddo since February 2022. In this role, Charles collaborates closely with the sales team on pre-sales requests and oversees the onboarding process and project implementation for clients, while also addressing technical inquiries related to account configurations. Previously, Charles worked as a Junior Developer / Support Engineer and Customer Success Manager, where a key focus was on maintaining relationships with customers on commercial plans. Prior experience includes serving as Head Teacher at Bumble Bee School of Creative Children and as an English Second Language Instructor after completing a TEFL course in Prague.
