Allie Kim

Allie Kim is an experienced compensation management professional with a strong background in global compensation strategies. Currently serving as Manager of Global Compensation at Datadog since May 2022, Allie previously held key roles at WeWork, where responsibilities included Senior Manager of Global Compensation and Manager of Global Compensation from November 2018 to March 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Verizon as a Compensation Consultant, Sr Compensation Analyst, and Human Resources Business Partner from July 2014 to October 2018. Allie's earlier career includes positions as Project Manager at Cline Davis & Mann and Human Resources Representative at PVH Corp, alongside an internship in talent acquisition at Sony Music Entertainment. Allie holds a Master’s Degree in HR Management and Labor Studies from Rutgers Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management with minors in Sociology and Criminology from Rutgers University.
