Chelsea Woods is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations and business partnership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager, Global People Business Partner at Datadog, Chelsea has held multiple senior roles, including Senior Manager People Ops APAC and Senior People Business Partner, APAC. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Sizmek as Director of People APAC and as an HR Business Partner APAC. Chelsea also consulted on HR matters at Lisa Craven and managed group operations at Black Market Roasters, alongside serving as HR Operations Manager at Health Project Services.
