Eleonore de Lusignan

Eleonore de Lusignan is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as a Product Design Manager at Datadog since January 2024, Eleonore focuses on enhancing Developer Experience products. Alongside this role, Eleonore has been a mentor and events organizer at Hexagon UX since December 2018, fostering a supportive community for women and non-binary individuals in UX. Previously, as Product Design Director at PayFit France from December 2019 to December 2023, Eleonore co-led initiatives for Payroll and HR solutions, and earlier defined PayFit's in-house design studio. Other notable roles include Lead UX Designer at WeDigital.Garden and Senior User Experience Designer at Avanade, where Eleonore honed skills in user research, project management, and design methodology. Eleonore's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Master's degree in Communications and Branding from École Intuit Lab.
