Olivia Mershon

Olivia Mershon is an accomplished sales enablement professional with extensive experience in program management and instructional design. Currently serving as the Manager of Sales Enablement at Datadog since June 2021, Olivia manages a team responsible for global sales enablement initiatives. Prior to this role, Olivia held various positions at Yext, including Senior Enablement Business Partner, where leadership in enablement efforts improved sales performance across multiple market segments. Previous experience includes roles at Gartner and CEB, focusing on sales enablement analytics, marketing communications, and training curriculum development. Olivia began the professional journey as a Business Development Intern with the Washington Redskins and also contributed as a team manager for the George Mason Men's Basketball team. Olivia holds a degree from George Mason University.
