Previous roles include External Consultant at JMJ Associates and Associate Consultant at Kaya Consulting, focusing on safety culture optimization in the oil and gas sector. Ash served as CEO of PRIMEXL, leading Western Australia’s largest privately-owned Corporate Psychology service provider. Ash holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from several prestigious universities, including Curtin University and the University of London.
