In the role of Director at VERAISON Training and Development, Ash collaborates with senior leaders from multiple local government entities, while also leveraging over a decade of expertise in Leadership Transformation and Culture Optimization with renowned organizations such as BHP Billiton and Chevron. Previous roles include External Consultant at JMJ Associates and Associate Consultant at Kaya Consulting, focusing on safety culture optimization in the oil and gas sector. Ash served as CEO of PRIMEXL, leading Western Australia’s largest privately-owned Corporate Psychology service provider.
