Andrey Kovgan

Andrey Kovgan has over 10 years of work experience. From 2021 to present, they have been a Senior Technical Artist at Datagen. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Founder at Kastor, where they managed multiple clients B2B and B2C, conducted root cause analysis of client needs and provided services and solutions, and planned and managed multiple projects with scrum methodology. From 2017 to 2015, they were an Intern at Knesset, where they assisted in writing speeches, laws, and requests to ministries, gathered and analyzed information, and was part of a team managing public relations. From 2015 to 2010, they were a Tourist Information Support at Haifa Tourist Board, where they identified customer needs, gathered actual information, and adapted it to customers. From 2010 to 2007, they were a QC Inspector at Flextronics Manufacturing Ltd. Lastly, from 2007 to 2010, they were a Technical Support Specialist - Military Duty at Israeli Police, where they provided technical support, conducted internal cyber security penetration tests, recovered lost or corrupted data, and worked with classified materials and materials for courts and mass media.

Andrey Kovgan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Asian Studies from the University of Haifa in 2018. Andrey then went on to obtain a Master's degree in International Relationships from the same institution in 2019. Andrey has also obtained several certifications, including a Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute in 2020, Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn in 2019, Learning Adobe XD from LinkedIn in 2019, and Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2019.
