We are looking for a seasoned, collaborative and sharp Partner & Alliances Manager based in France to drive territory development and field engagement with our ecosystem of system integrators (GSIs and RSIs) and technology partners (ISVs and Cloud Providers) in France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg and Israel.

Candidates are based in Paris.

This strategic role will report directly to the VP Partnerships EMEA with a strong dotted line to the Southern Europe Sales VP. You should be seen as a key stakeholder in the Southern Europe GTM field and leadership team at Dataiku. The primary goal of this role is to drive partner account engagement, delivering on partner-related sales and customer success goals and develop/manage a set of partner organizations.

The Partner Manager serves as the primary contact for their region’s field teams, promotes partner field execution, skill development, and solution delivery. He/she will build trusted relationships externally within the partner ecosystem to provide our Sales teams and leaders with a high degree of partner leverage.

The Partner Manager will own a Central partner territory plan, which includes nurturing, identifying, and recruiting the partners that will drive the business in the region. This is a mission critical role that will drive the partnering agenda in the region, this person will own a partner related quota and needs to be comfortable shaping change, driving influence and creating the conditions where our strategic partners can thrive! This is an opportunity to be part of an all-star team, supported by dedicated partner success, partner marketing and global overlay GSI and Cloud/ISV partner teams. You’ll be at the centre of a strategic initiative focused on fueling Dataiku’s growth. A proven creative, organized, collaborative approach to work will set you apart from your peers.

You might be a good fit if you have/are:

  • 10+ years experience in developing partnerships and revenue-generating partner relationships or in direct sales proactively leveraging partner organization
  • Experience in “data” – AIBI, analytics, data science, data integration, data platforms, cloud
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives for maximum impact
  • Ability to create and animate networks internally and externally
  • Strong ability to develop joint value propositions with partners and cultivate champions within partner organizations
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to adapt to change
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, prioritizing efforts, and building a plan to execute against growth
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%
