Léo Dreyfus-Schmidt

Léo Dreyfus-Schmidt serves as the VP of Research at Dataiku since May 2015, where responsibilities include defining and executing the research roadmap. Prior roles at Dataiku encompass Research Director, leading a team focused on bridging the gap between machine learning research and practical AI applications, and Lead Scientist, where Léo established Dataiku’s AI Labs and oversaw various machine learning projects. Léo’s experience also includes positions as a Data Scientist, concentrating on the development of data science products. Academic credentials consist of a PhD in Mathematics from Université Paris Cité and multiple master's degrees in Mathematics from École normale supérieure de Lyon and Imperial College London, complemented by research positions at prominent institutions such as City University London, UCLA, and the University of Oxford.
