Kim Schaeffers, MSc has been working in the field of engineering, automotive, ICT, finance, legal, insurance and banking since 2011. In 2011, they began working as a Student Assistant Research Methods and Statistics and a Student Assistant Organizational Theory at Tilburg University. In 2014, they began working as an Accountmanager and Sourcing Consultant at Brunel, providing business services in the field of engineering, automotive, ICT, finance, legal, insurance & banking and all disciplines in the Oil & Gas industry. In 2018, Kim began working as a Solution Engineer at DataLyzer International Inc., focusing on Manufacturing Excellence, Minimizing defects and Quality/Yield Improvement. In this role, they provide customers with Advice, Software and Support.

Kim Schaeffers, MSc has an extensive educational history. Kim obtained their VWO Diploma from Pleincollege Sint Joris Eindhoven in 2009. Kim then attended Tilburg University from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Excellence Programme Social Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Organisation Studies. Finally, they attended Tilburg University from 2012 to 2013 to obtain their Master of Science (MSc) in Organisation Studies. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in October 2020, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from IASSC, Bureau Tromp in December 2017.
