Dinesh Rao

Dinesh Rao has extensive work experience in finance and legal roles. Dinesh is currently the Head of Finance and Legal at Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd., where they are responsible for managing finance operations, financial reporting, treasury functions, and setting policies and procedures. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. VP Finance (Global Controller) at ControlCase from 2019 to 2023. Dinesh also held the position of Head of Finance at Wipro Limited from 2016 to 2019. Dinesh's earlier experience includes working as a Product Manager F&C at Nokia Solutions and Networks from 2008 to 2016, and as a GM Finance at Nortel Networks from 2002 to 2008. Dinesh began their career as an Assistant Manager at PepsiCo from 1997 to 2002.

Dinesh Rao holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Pune University, which they completed from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained an ICWA degree in Finance from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, which they completed from 1993 to 1996. Currently, they are in the process of obtaining a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Accounting and Finance.
