Loly’s experience of over 2 decades in HR spans across Strategic HR, Culture Transformation, Organization Development, Organization Design and Leadership Development. As a strategic business partner, coupled with business understanding, people skills and strategic thinking, she is the Coach to the Leadership team. She has been with Datamatics for over 12 years (across two stints).

Prior to Datamatics, she held Leadership roles at major enterprises like Core Education & Technologies Ltd., Cirrus Technologies and Geodesic in the IT/Education space.

Loly holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis (Pune), M.Sc. in Psychotherapy & Counselling from the Institute of Psychotherapy & Management Sciences (Mumbai). She also holds a Results Coach Certification (ICF accreditation) from the Neuroleadership Institute. She was awarded as a Finalist in the LinkedIn Conscious Business Leadership Awards in May 2016 and also featured as a Thought Leader in the LinkedIn Annual Coffee Table book in January 2017.

He has over 20 years of industry knowledge in end-to-end Business Process Operations and consultative selling across the US, UK, Philippines and India. He has played a pivotal role in offshore delivery of multiple business units for large accounts, which has resulted in significant growth, revenue and market share. Raajiv has held leadership positions at Sitel, Affinity Express and Genpact.

Raajiv is a Commerce graduate from Kolkata University and has done an Organizational Leadership Management program from Harvard Business School.

Sumit bring 25+ years of rich experience in leading high-growth business development & expertise in delivery, spread across diverse markets & industries. It includes services focusing on Business Process Management, Research & Analytics, Procurement, IT Applications Management, Strategic Partner/Alliance Management, and Business Optimization initiatives through transformational program planning and execution. He has held various leadership positions with organizations such as WNS North America, Syntel Inc. (now Atos). Ariba Inc. (now SAP). Standard Chartered Bank, and Tata Motors.

Sumit completed his B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi, MBA in Finance & Marketing from llM Bangalore, and he is also a Cornell University Executive Leadership graduate.

Maneesh heads the Corporate Finance function. He is responsible for overall Financial and Business Planning, Performance Monitoring, Financial Forecasting, Analysis, Taxation, Procurement and Cash Flow Management.

Maneesh has more than 13 years of experience in the Business Process Management industry. Prior to his present tenure, he has worked with Genpact, Aegis (Essar group enterprise) and Aditya Birla Minacs, where he handled several key financial functions including Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Planning and Analysis. During his tenure with Aegis, he played an important role in the divestment of US and Philippines business.

Maneesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Ashish heads the Finance & Accounts operations portfolio. He has overall 22 years of experience into managing various verticals under F&A including, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Treasury and Cash/ Bank Management, Report and Closing, Automation and Controls, Fixed Assets and Project Accounting. He is a seasoned Operations, Solutions & Transition leader with a proven track record to lead, motivate and manage large teams.

His last stint was with Ocwen Financial, prior to which he has worked with large organizations like Genpact, Igate, Oracle and American Express.

Ashish holds a Post-Graduation Diploma in Financial Management and is a MBA with specialization in Finance from IGNOU University.

Rajesh heads the Information Technology & Security functions at Datamatics. He brings over 30-years of rich experience in managing IT Strategy, Operations, Pre-sales, Transition, Solution Design and Project Management for many technology & outsourcing brands and leading companies from distinct industries like the engineering, manufacturing, software, International BPO, Logistics, etc. His previous stints include working with brands like WNS Global Services Pvt. Ltd., All Cargo Logistics Ltd., Tracmail India Pvt. Ltd., and Rave Technologies, in different capacities and IT leadership roles and supporting the Travel, BFSI, Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, Utilities, Research & Analytics, Shipping & Logistics and others business verticals.

He is a practice leader with a proven track record of operating & managing IT Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Software Development, Digital collaboration and RPA tools, Cloud Technologies, Information Security, & Compliance across different geographies. With a certification in Cyber Security & Cyber Crime Investigation, Rajesh has a strong base in the IT infrastructure’s security & compliance frontier. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSB).

Rajesh likes to indulge in different fitness activities, listen to music, meditate & travel.

Rajesh has an Engineering Diploma in Industrial Electronics (Electronics, Telecommunications & Computers).
