Dr. Martin Nettling

Dr. Martin Nettling has a wide range of work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Dr. Martin is currently working at Datameer, where they hold the position of VP Engineering since October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Engineering, Germany from January 2021 to October 2021, and as the Director of Engineering, Germany from January 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining Datameer, Dr. Nettling worked at Unister GmbH, where they were the Teamlead Research and Development from August 2012 to October 2015. Prior to this, they held the position of Junior Developer in Machine Learning from October 2010 to July 2012.

Dr. Martin Nettling's career started at Martin-Luther Universität Halle-Wittenberg, where they worked as a Studentische Hilfskraft from February 2003 to December 2007.

Dr. Martin Nettling completed their education in Bioinformatik at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg. Dr. Martin obtained their Diplom degree in 2008, followed by a Ph.D. (Doctor rer. nat.) in the same field in 2017.
