Ralf Eiling has a comprehensive and diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Ralf has held various roles in multiple companies, starting from their most recent position as the Vice President of Design at Datameer since 2014. In this role, they built an efficient design team and implemented UX design processes to enhance the user experience. Prior to this, Ralf worked at Infosys as the Head of User Experience Europe from 2012 to 2014. Ralf Eiling obtained their BA degree in Graphics and Product Design from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Ralf then pursued further education at HBK Saar, Hochschule der bildenden Künste Saar, where they received a Diplom Designer degree in Industrial Design and Interaction Design, completing their studies from 1990 to 1996.
