Bahar Babaahmadi

Bahar Babaahmadi has a diverse work experience in the field of cyber threat intelligence. From December 2019 to the present, Bahar has been working at Dataminr, starting as a Cyber Threat Domain Expert and then progressing to the role of Senior Domain Expert and currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert Manager in the Cyber Threat domain. Prior to joining Dataminr, Bahar worked at Control Risks from January 2016 to August 2019, where they held various roles including Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Researcher in the field of Cyber Threat Intelligence. Before their career in the private sector, Bahar worked at Härryda kommun, serving as a municipality coordinator and manager from August 2013 to January 2015 and providing research and support to the Social Welfare Committee and the Audit Section from March 2011 to August 2012. Overall, Bahar has a strong background in cyber threat intelligence and has gained expertise in managing and providing support in this field.

Bahar Babaahmadi completed their Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Gothenburg. During their studies, they spent one semester in London as an ERASMUS student and received two scholarships. It is not specified when they started or concluded their studies at the University of Gothenburg. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Science degree in International Politics at SOAS University of London from 2012 to 2013, with a specific focus on Iran and the wider Middle East region.
