Eloise MacMillan

Eloise Macmillan is a Senior Associate Domain Expert at Dataminr, responsible for leveraging OSINT and regional expertise to monitor and analyze threats and breaking news in Eastern and Western Europe since January 2022. Prior experience includes an internship at the Center for the Study of Democracy, focusing on renewable energy transition research and representing the center at international events, and a trainee position at the Council of Europe, where project management and human rights initiatives were supported. Eloise holds a Bachelor's degree in Language and Culture from UCL and multiple Master's degrees in South-Eastern European Studies from the University of Graz and the University of Belgrade, as well as a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Sarajevo. Additional academic experience includes study at Kazan State University and Saint Petersburg State University.
