Kristina Poulsen

Kristina Poulsen started their career at Xplanation in 2013 as a Student Assistant. In 2012, they worked as an Office Administrator at Curia, where they stayed until 2015. From 2014 to 2017, they also worked as a Freelance Translator. In 2015, they joined Retail Insight DK as a Project Coordinator, a position they held until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Oho Group Ltd, starting as an Office Manager before transitioning to HR and Learning & Development, and eventually becoming the HR and Operations Manager. In 2019, they joined Dataminr as a People Operations Coordinator and progressed through various roles, including Associate, Senior Associate, and currently People Operations Manager.

Kristina Poulsen's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Business Communication from Aarhus School of Business and Social Sciences, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Kristina then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in International Business Communication at the same institution from 2012 to 2014. Later, in 2017 to 2018, they attended CIPD to earn a Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management.
