Lisa Talcott has extensive work experience in the field of IT project management. Lisa is currently serving as the VP Federal Civilian Sales at Dataminr. Prior to this, they held the same role at NTT DATA GLOBAL DELIVERY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. In this position, Lisa was responsible for managing NTT DATA's Federal Civilian accounts with a P&L of $50+M, including clients such as the Department of Justice, Department of Interior, Administrative Office of the US Courts, World Bank Group, Securities and Exchange Commission, US Patent and Trade Office, Department of Energy, Department of Labor, and Environmental Protection Agency.

Before joining NTT DATA, Lisa worked at NTT Data Corporation as the Senior Director of Federal Civilian Programs. Here, they managed a $30M P&L for Federal Civilian agency clients and operated a team of 8 managers and 300+ employees. Lisa played a crucial role in securing new clients and was responsible for the overall account value of $15M. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Delivery Manager, providing leadership and guidance to various divisions at the FBI.

Lisa also worked at Freddie Mac as a Technical Program Manager, where they managed application development programs in support of Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Principal at NTT Data Corporation, where they served as a Project Manager for the Department of State and marketed Keane's DOD DIA DIESCON II contract.

Earlier in their career, Lisa worked as a Program Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, specifically as the Deputy Program Manager for the U.S. Defense Department's Linked Operations-Intelligence Centers Europe Program at the Office of Naval Intelligence.

In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. Lisa became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Alliance in May 2016. In August 2014, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Lisa also holds a PMP certification from the PMI Montgomery County, MD Chapter, which they obtained in September 2006.
