Rachel Oliner

Rachel Oliner has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Associate Director of Scaled Operations (International) at Dataminr since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Central Operations at Citizen from May 2020 to January 2022. Before their role at Citizen, Rachel was the Director of Operations at The Meat Hook from October 2019 to May 2020. Rachel also served as the Operations Manager at KIP: Kull Initiative for Psychotherapy from September 2016 to October 2019. Rachel's earlier experience includes working as a Crisis Services & Substance Abuse Counselor at the Mental Health Association of NYC from August 2015 to July 2018. Rachel has also held positions such as Lead Digital Strategist at Domani Studios from May 2014 to July 2015, and Digital Strategist at Allen & Gerritsen from October 2011 to January 2013.

Rachel Oliner obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology & Art History from Haverford College in 2011. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work from New York University. In February 2016, Rachel obtained a certification in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) from Livingworks Education USA.
