Sarah Jackson

SVP Customer Success at Dataminr

Sarah Jackson has extensive work experience in various senior roles related to customer success and sales engineering. Sarah is currently employed at Dataminr as the SVP Customer Success. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft for six years as the General Manager, Customer Success, leading a team responsible for maximizing value for State and Local Government customers. Before joining Microsoft, Sarah spent a substantial portion of their career at Oracle Corporation, where they held the position of Group Vice President, Public Sector Sales Engineering for nearly 20 years. Sarah began their career at KPMG as a Senior Consultant.

Sarah Jackson attended Oklahoma State University from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in December 2019, Accessibility in Action in October 2019, and Insight Selling in October 2017.
