Sarah Rider started their work experience in 2013 as a Sales Associate at lululemon and worked there until 2015. In 2014, they joined Camp Dudley as a Program Staff member and worked until 2017. In 2015, they also had an internship at Irving Levin Associates, Inc. From 2017 to 2020, Sarah worked at TransPerfect holding the positions of Account Manager, Account Executive, and Director of Strategic Accounts. In 2022, they joined Dataminr as a Customer Success Associate.

Sarah Rider attended Greenwich High School from 2009 to 2013. Following their high school education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies at Union College from 2013 to 2017.
