Serena Balani

Serena Balani has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they interned as a Fashion Intern at id8 media solutions private limited. The following year, they worked as a Video Intern for Indian International MUN, where they edited and created content for films promoting India becoming a permanent member of the UN Security Council. In 2016, Serena organized an Indian International Model United Nations event as the Director General, handling logistics, partnerships, and accommodations. Serena continued their work at Indian International MUN in 2017 as an Assistant Director, working on a short film for Amazon Prime Video.

During the same year, Serena interned at Pitchfork Partners Strategic Consulting, conducting market research, creating newsletters, and assisting in organizing a press release. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at WATConsult as a Senior Digital Media Executive, where they gained an in-depth understanding of content creation, strategy, and brand building for various industries. In 2022, Serena joined Shiksha "Bollygirl" Mahtani as a Social Media Manager and later worked as a Journalist/Content Writer at Propwatch Inc. Most recently, in 2023, Serena started working at Dataminr as a News Analyst.

Serena Balani completed their education from 2015 to 2018 at Jai Hindu jobs, where they obtained a Bachelor of Mass Media degree with a specialization in Journalism.
