We provide innovative solutions to support the Life Sciences and wider Healthcare sectors, serving more than 350 Pharma customers in the UK.  

THE JOB ROLE 

As a Partnerships Manager you will support and grow our Partnerships function at Datapharm. This role will drive value associated with partnerships across the Datapharm products and services, as well as assisting in the expansion of the company internationally and M&A activities. This will include onboarding new commercial partners and strategic alliances with industry stakeholders, as well as providing the senior executive team with insight on key market developments that impact the Datapharm goals and values.

You will be responsible for the updating and maintaining of CRM systems (Hubspot) and interacting with other departments within Datapharm such as Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology on a regular basis. You will understand Datapharm’s unique market position and leverage our value to deliver on commercial and strategic company goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear understanding of Datapharm, its service and its market position and influence.

  • Support the development of Datapharm Partnership strategy (ie support you and me)

  • Be able to discuss challenges faced by the Life Science and Healthcare industries relating to the digital accessibility of medicines information.

  • Conduct assessment and onboarding of new partners, both commercial and strategic.

  • Ensure the smooth daily operations of the business.

  • Work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, product and technology team to continuously improve products and services.

  • Unearth opportunity associated with our products and services and follow through to deliver real value to Datapharm in line with our goals.

ABOUT YOU 

Skills, Expertise & Competencies:

  • An understanding of the UK medicine information ecosystem.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting.

  • Strong customer/external facing skills.

  • Proficient in Outlook and MS Office.

  • Comfortable with UK wide & international travel for relevant events and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to operationalize strategic plans

  • Teamwork: able to work effectively with others in a group and participate in new ideas generation.

  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills; able to convey a point in a simple but effective manner.

  • Results orientation: you are a person who likes to complete a project on time and done well.

  • Problem solver: you can demonstrate that you can think your way out of a problem/challenge using your own initiative.

Any experience with the following will be beneficial: 

  • Related background e.g. Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Medicine Information.

  • CRM savvy e.g. Hubspot.

  • Strategic and commercial partnership experience.

  • Ability to demonstrate SaaS products.

  • Experience working in regulated markets.

  • Knowledge of the UK Life Sciences and Healthcare industry.
