Mithelesh Kumar is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in various roles within the data science and technology sectors. As Co-Founder and CTO of DataPlant since June 2021, Mithelesh Kumar focuses on developing the Sentient Platform aimed at enhancing customer success. Previously, at MetLife, Mithelesh Kumar served as Manager and Data Scientist, where contributions included developing a natural language processing (NLP) based recommendation engine for a Pet Insurance App. Mithelesh Kumar also held positions at Gainsight, working on NLP use cases to analyze customer experience data, and at Infosys and Wipro Technologies, engaging in data collection, profiling, and business intelligence reporting. Mithelesh Kumar earned a Bachelor's Degree in computer science and engineering from the National Institute Of Science and Technology between 2008 and 2012.
