Pierre Hite

Pierre Hite is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and network engineering. Currently serving as a Network Associate Engineer at Dataprise since December 2017, Pierre is responsible for resolving customer incidents through various support channels and troubleshooting technical issues related to computer hardware and software. Previously, as a Service Desk Engineer, Pierre provided support for Microsoft Office applications and managed Windows Server Administration tasks, along with overseeing small VMware vSphere environments. Prior roles included a Field Technician at PushIT Solutions and a Computer Analyst at the Charles County Board of Education, where Pierre trained new technicians and managed network users. Pierre holds an education from the College of Southern Maryland, where studies spanned from 2010 to 2013.
