Akhil Peruri

Akhil Peruri began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Manager at Landmark, where they managed a staff of 20+ associates, increased profits through effective sales training and troubleshooting sales reports, and ran markdown reports, managed store replenishment and analyzed reports. In 2013, they joined IndustryARC as a Business Data Analyst, where they worked with business users to define product feature requests, business requirement specifications and change requests documented requirements and transformed them into functional and technical requirement specifications; modeled business process flows using UML, activity and sequence diagrams. Akhil also conducted one-to-one meetings and web-conferences as well as JAD sessions with different stakeholders and managed schedules while working with multiple teams. In 2015, they joined Dataquest as a Business Development Manager, where they engaged clients to gather software requirements/business rules and ensured alignment with development teams. Akhil translated stakeholder requirements into over 10 different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, and data flow/data model diagrams. Akhil also evaluated risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communications, and training, saving the company on average $5,000+. Akhil also identified and reconciled errors in client data to ensure accurate business requirements.

Akhil Peruri began their educational journey in 2004 when they attended Bhashyam Public School in Kakinada and earned their High School degree in 2007. Akhil then attended Narayana AIEEE Academy in Kakinada from 2007 to 2009 without obtaining a degree. In 2009, Akhil enrolled at Pragati Engineering College in Surampalem, Kakinada and earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in 2013.
