Scott Misal

Scott Misal has worked in a variety of roles in the IT industry since 1997. Scott began their career as a Contracts Manager at TEKsystems, Inc. in 1997. In 1999, they took on the role of Branch Manager at Adecco Employment Service, where they managed multiple sales campaigns and increased the client base by 39%. In 2002, they became the Branch Manager at Manpower, where they were responsible for the P&L of an 8 million dollar franchise and increased profitability by 18%. From 2004 to 2009, they were a Senior Account Executive at TEKsystems, where they drove top line sales and revenue from their territory. In 2009, they returned to Computer Aid, Inc. as the Director of Recruiting, where they were credited as the visionary and leader behind an aggressive plan that reduced time-to-fill from 46 days to 28 days. In 2012, they moved to Global Data Consultants as a Senior Account Manager, and in 2015 they joined Dataquest as the VP of Business Development.

Scott Misal attended Conestoga Valley Senior High from 1986 to 1989, where they received their diploma. Scott then attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology.
