Justin Jacob has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justin started their career as a Student Assistant at the University at Buffalo, where they provided support to graduate students in their experiments and managed inventory. Justin then interned at Journey's End Refugee Services and ECMC Foundation, assisting with finance-related tasks such as researching grants and foundations, tracking donations, and analyzing grant interests.

Justin gained further experience as a Finance Intern at Baker Victory Services, where they conducted audits, developed spreadsheets for financial analysis, and assisted in cash reconciliation.
