Nick Ford

Nick Ford is an experienced customer success professional with a focus on financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager - FP&A at Datarails since September 2024, Nick has built a strong background in customer support and account management through previous roles at Airbase and Luma Financial Technologies, where Nick held positions as a Customer Success Manager and Account Manager, respectively. Prior experience includes an Analyst role at Navian Capital and a Trader/Financial Representative position at Fidelity Investments. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Kentucky, earned in 2016.
