Joke Goedeweeck

Joke Goedeweeck has a diverse work experience spanning several positions in the HR field. Joke currently serves as the Head of HR & Back Office at dataroots since December 2020. Prior to this, they took a sabbatical break from July 2019 to December 2020. From March 2015 to June 2019, Joke served as the HR Director at AUSY, a Randstad company, where they were responsible for supervising and coaching the entire HR team, developing and implementing HR projects and procedures, and reporting to the CFO and CEO. Joke also held the role of HR Business Manager from January 2011 to February 2015 and worked as an IT Resource consultant from May 2010 to December 2010 at AUSY. Joke's earlier work experience includes serving as a Recruitment & Account officer at Unique from May 2007 to May 2010.

Joke'ssecondary education took place at Heilig Hart College Tervuren, where they obtained a degree in Algemeen Secundair Onderwijs (ASO) with a focus on Moderne Talen-Wiskunde.
