Dilson Travassos

Dilson Travassos has a diverse work experience in various companies. Dilson started their career as an Assistant Planning Analyst at Contax in 2006, where they monitored call center graphs and made adjustments to improve adherence and service levels. Dilson later worked as a Long-Term PCP Planning Analyst at RM Soluções em Infraestrutura, where they identified productivity opportunities, developed simulators, and provided reports and analysis for telecom planning processes.

In 2012, Dilson joined Oi/Telemar as a Channel Development Analyst. Their responsibilities included defining and executing action plans, managing performance indicators, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures, and generating reports and analysis for customer retention. Dilson stayed with the company until 2016.

From 2017 to 2019, Dilson worked as a Contact Center Admissions Supervisor at Adtalem Educacional do Brasil, overseeing admissions operations in the contact center. Dilson then joined Kroton as a Customer Service Coordinator, responsible for managing postgraduate and continuing education students, planning and controlling indicators, and driving strategic growth.

In 2020, Dilson joined Assertiva as a Sales Supervisor, where they managed the sales team, conducted meetings, provided feedback, and implemented training and coaching initiatives. Later in the same year, they were promoted to Relationship Manager, overseeing customer success implementation, management, retention, and support teams. Dilson focused on key metrics such as health score, portfolio coverage, retention, upsell, NPS, and FCR. Dilson also worked on onboarding, strategic support, expectation alignment, user adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Currently, Dilson is working at Datasales as a Partner and Head of Commercial, a role they started in August 2021.

Dilson Travassos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Social Advertising from Universidade Estácio de Sá, which they completed between 2007 and 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Universidade de Fortaleza, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.
