Dixie Gillaspie has an extensive work experience. Dixie has been a business coach and consultant since 1994. In 2017, they co-founded Return To Your Power, a leadership activation company that transforms culture, explodes creativity, and exponentially improves performance. Dixie has also been a contributor for Forbes and Entrepreneur Media since 2017 and 2014 respectively. In 2018, they were a Branded Content Consultant for ThrottleNet, Inc. and in 2016 they were a Branded Content Consultant for DataServ. Additionally, they were a Member for Forbes Councils in 2017 and a Branded Content Consultant for Vinson Mortgage in 2015. In the same year, they were also an Executive Editor for Business Initiatives at The Good Men Project, a media outlet. Lastly, they were a Consultant/Agency Liaison for MESSAGEbuzz since 2005.

Dixie Gillaspie has no formal education history, but has obtained two certifications. In November 2021, they obtained a Certified Human Team Activator from Business Alchemist. In June 2020, they obtained a Certified Magnetic Mind Coach from Conscious Education.
