Kelley Bailie Fechner

Kelley Bailie Fechner, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Customer Experience at Datassential, a position held since March 2017, after previously working as Director of Customer Solutions. Prior to Datassential, Kelley spent nearly two decades at The NPD Group, where roles included Executive Director of Product Management for the Food Sector and various leadership positions managing foodservice operations in Australia, overseeing P&L, sales, and account management. Also, experiences include working at IRI in operations and as a Benefits Representative at Hewitt Associates. Kelley holds an MBA in Marketing, Management, and International studies from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University.
