Giovanna Capuzzo

Giovanna Capuzzo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Audit Intern at Shopping Center Uberaba. In 2017, they participated in the Academic League of Juridical Psychology and Social Work at UFTM, where they gained insights into the socio-legal area of Uberaba. In 2018, they became the Extension Coordinator of the Academic League of Psychoanalysis at UFTM. Giovanna also worked as a Fellow at the Reference Center Specialized in Social Assistance and as a Psychotherapy Intern at the Center for Study and Research in Applied Psychology - CEPPA. From 2019 to 2020, Giovanna worked as an intern at the Women's Reference Center and offered support to women and their families experiencing violence. In 2020, they joined PRHATICA as a Human Resources Assistant, where their responsibilities included candidate selection, conducting interviews, and prospecting new clients. Currently, Giovanna is working at DataStax, initially as a People Team Intern, then as a member of the People Ops team, and currently serving as a Human Resources Representative.

Giovanna Capuzzo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UFTM, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In February 2021, they completed certifications in Communication Foundations, HR and Digital Transformation, Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters, and Project Management Simplified, all from LinkedIn. Giovanna also obtained certifications in Self-knowledge from Fundação Estudar in May 2020, Emotional Intelligence from Escola Conquer in April 2020, and Introduction to People Analytics: how to use data analysis in people management from Gupy in March 2020.
