Matt Kennedy

Matt Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at CSC in 1999 and worked there until 2005. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Principal Software Engineer at LVI. After that, they joined GeoEye Analytics as a Software Engineer and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined Fusion-io as a Solution Architect: Big Data and stayed with the company until 2014. Currently, they hold various roles at DataStax, starting as an Architect from 2014 to 2016, then as a Product Manager from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Senior Director, Cloud Products, and most recently, they have been working as a Cassandra Technology Strategist since 2021.

Matt Kennedy attended Georgetown University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
